In the past year, Angelina Pivarnick and her husband Chris Larangeira‘s relationship has been on the rocks, until they finally decided to call it quits. The end of their relationship has been caught on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.

Now, Angelina is sharing that she’s been hospitalized.
