I think we can safely say that Charlize Theron’s son Jackson Theron is going to be the most badass kid on the playground. Look at this kid! Jackson and Charlize both look so cool, it hurts. These are pics of Charlize and Jackson in LA last Friday – look at how she color-coordinated their outfits. Forget that, look at how she put together her outfit! Normally I hate those booties, but on Charlize, they work. Normally I hate skinny jeans (especially ones with zippers), but on Charlize, they work. And I really want that shirt too.

Jackson is tall for his age too, right? Charlize is in high-heeled booties and she’s long-limbed, but she’s still able to perfectly hold Jackson’s hand. I love that she’s letting him walk too – we don’t see moms letting their kids walk all that often. Is Jackson holding a Where the Wild Things Are doll?

Everybody has been talking about Charlize’s hair lately – she’s been growing out her Mad Max buzzcut for most of the year. She was doing a fauxhawk for a while, then we didn’t really see it for a bit, and now it looks like she’s growing out the top part and still cutting the back. The second boy I ever kissed had the exact same haircut – it’s sort of a skater-boy look. And again, it works on HER specifically.
