Wilson Chavis is a killer from Hughesville, Maryland
Wilson Chavis is accused of murdering a 30-year-old pallbearer, who was later identified as Ronald Steven Banks.
Ronald was a pallbearer in Washington National Cemetery in Suitland where the awful accident occurred.
Ronald was allegedly shot and killed by the 48-year-old owner of the Compassion and Serenity Funeral Home as a result of a long-standing commercial dispute with Freeman Funeral Services.
The incident took place on Tuesday, June 6 when Chavis allegedly confronted two people at a young kid’s funeral.
A woman who sustained a graze wound in the shooting and has since been released from the hospital was one of the victims, while Banks was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The funeral was held for Arianna Davis, a 10-year-old girl who was shot and killed last month on Mother’s Day in northeastern D.C. while riding in a car with her family.

According to Prince George’s County police, Chavis fled in his car after allegedly firing two bullets before being apprehended by a Morningside Police Department officer who had stopped him for a traffic violation.
Chavis has been charged with first- and second-degree murder, as well as attempted murder and other offenses.
According to a representative for the State’s Attorney’s Office for Prince George’s County, if Chavis is found guilty, he could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
He is being held without bond at the Prince George’s County Department of Corrections, according to the officer.
Is Wilson Chavis related to the late Arianna Davis?
The pastor, Arianna’s uncle, was reportedly one of those employees who allegedly associated with Freeman Funeral Services.
Chavis turned to the pastor before the terrible violence erupted at the graveyard and yelled,
“I’m here for all you b—–a– n——!,”
According to court documents obtained by WUSA 9, he then allegedly pushed the pastor and said,
“This ain’t your f—— funeral home,”
According to the records, when some of the mourners confronted Chavis about “disrespecting the family,” Chavis retreated, tripped over a nearby concrete vault cover, and fell.
However, he later stood back up, pulled a revolver from his belt, and started shooting. Fortunately, he was apprehended shortly after at a traffic stop.
Ariana’s mother, Antionette Belk spoke to NBC Washington about her grief over the incident and the death of her daughter.
“I’m so traumatized that this happened at my daughter’s burial site. I didn’t even get to lay her down, even to put her in the ground, and another incident happened. This is so traumatizing to me, my children, my whole family. It’s trauma after trauma,”
