Right-handed reliever that was originally signed by the Arizona Diamondbacks as an undrafted free agent in 2016. He was later acquired by the Boston Red Sox via the Rule 5 Draft in December 2020. He has also pitched in the New York Yankees minor league system. 

Before Fame

Prior to his professional career, he pitched at Aquinas College. Aquinas College is an NAIA school based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. 

Trivia

He made his official major league debut pitching against the Seattle Mariners on September 13, 2021 as a member of the Red Sox. That was his only pitching appearance during his rookie season.

He was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan and grew up in Lowell, Michigan. He married Morgan Foley in December 2020.
