Kaley Cuoco married Karl Cook in a small ceremony in San Diego this weekend

Some people have and follow strict rules about weddings, and second weddings and third weddings and all of that. I generally believe that if you’re getting married for a second time, you should just try to do everything differently – like, if you’re first wedding was huge, your second one should be low-key. And vice versa. But then again, I’m not a starry-eyed romantic in love with love. Kaley Cuoco is a romantic. She falls in love hard and fast and she wants to celebrate that love every time. Kaley had a big first wedding, back when she married Ryan Sweeting. The marriage didn’t last long and she was single soon enough. But she hates being single, so she quickly started up with Karl Cook. Shockingly, they didn’t get engaged two seconds into their relationship – he waited an appropriate amount of time to propose, and then when he did pop the question, he filmed her sobbing/hysterical reaction and posted it on social media (tacky!!).

So, Kaley and Karl got engaged in late November last year. Once again, an appropriate amount of time passed and they had their wedding this weekend in San Diego. According to E! News, it was a smallish ceremony and reception of their respective families and closest friends, although no one has a number on how many people were invited. I would guess, judging from the lack of buzz, leaks and social media photos, that it was pretty intimate, maybe less than 50 people. Karl comes from a wealthy family – his father, Scott Cook, is a billionaire. And Kaley and Karl spend a lot of time with Horse Culture people, so I don’t know – do you invite your horse-people friends to your wedding?

Kaley posted two wedding pics on Instagram. I’m assuming that the caped gown was her ceremony look and the jumpsuit was for the reception. She looks very happy, and congrats to her. I hope this one lasts longer than the Ryan Sweeting marriage. This relationship seems to be built on more solid ground, so it does feel different.
